We caught up with NXT Ambassador Charlene Harvey to find out more about her diet during both on and off-season. Take a quick read through and check out some of Charlene's favourite NXT products.

My Diet
My diet during competition prep and off-season is quite similar. The only difference is during off-season I eat a lot more! Plus I have treats like chocolate, occasional takeaways etc. 

During off-season, I try to balance maintaining a structured diet with family life, as when on competition prep, my diet is so very strict, I can’t join in with ‘normal’ family meals or outings/social events. Finding the balance is very important for both myself and my family.

I also drink around 4-5 litres of water a day

Other supplements include....
Vitamin C
Glucosamine and Chondroitin
Omega fish oils
