Staying hydrated during a workout is extremely important for function & performance, Drinking water is the best way to ensure you stay hydrated in the gym or on the track.

Losing as little as 2% of your body's water weight will impair your ability to perform during exercise, it has been proven that a 2% drop in water weight can reduce reps, cause a significant drop in performance and lead to higher ratings of perceived exertion.

All which is avoidable by ensuring you stay hydrated during a training session.
